- 6:45 PM: Grab a drink and get ready for an exciting evening.
- 7:30 PM: Dive into Rounds 1, 2, and 3.
- 8:30 PM: Recharge with WSTC's infamous Curry Dinner.
- 9:00 PM: Tackle Rounds 4 and 5, and enjoy some tea and coffee.
- 10:00 PM: Grand prize-giving ceremony!

Dinner will be charged at £15 per head, and this will be collected directly by the golf club from your account. Drinks will be payable directly at the bar. Should you attend with any non members, their dinner also will be payable through your club account.
