Safeguarding and Diversity / Inclusion: Promoting the welfare of children is a priority of the club. A parent / carer or designate should be present for Under 8s in coaching, and for older children the parent / carer should be nearby and contactable. Please follow this link: WSTC POLICY DOCUMENTS

- Non-members need to pay a court fee of £5 per session in addition to the coaching fee.
- Minimum session charge £7.50 per person
- Individual coaching, £26
- For arranged groups of 4, £8: for 3, £9.50, for a pair, £14
- Sessions will continue over half term unless they are specifically cancelled (see below)
- Minimum session charge £7.50 per person
- Individual coaching, £27ph
- For an arranged group of 4 or more, £9: for a group of 3, £10.50: for a pair, £15
Please note that sessions are chargeable unless:
- All players cancel with 24 hours notice
- The coach cancels the session
- All agree to cancel due to bad weather
