BOOKING RULES
- Court Reservations: All courts must be booked in advance using your Member ID and password. Turning up without a reservation is not permitted.
- Cancellation/No-Shows: ALWAYS CANCEL A BOOKING IF IT IS NO LONGER NEEDED (even if rain stops play).
- Non-Attendance/ID Locking: The system can lock a member’s ID if they persistently fail to follow the No-Show rule.
- Cancelling a Booking: Only you and/or your selected opponent are authorised to delete bookings. To do so, click on 'Your Bookings' and then select the delete button.
- Seven-Day Rule: Members may book courts up to 7 days in advance.
- Administrator Permissions: Members with administrator permissions should use their personal username and password to book courts unless booking for official club events.
- Exceptions to the Seven-Day Rule:
- Club tournament matches, including Box League and Floodlit Tournament matches.
- To forward-book a court for these events, please complete the form below.

- Rollover Rule: If the specific time you want within the next seven days is already booked, you may reserve the same time slot seven days later. To book a rollover, complete the form below.
