Charity Days
At the West Surrey, we aim to support local charities in their fundraising efforts. We are happy to provide clear guidelines for any members interested in organising a charity event, as outlined below - we look forward to hearing from you!

- A maximum of 5 charity days per year, allocated on a first come first served basis.
- Organiser must be a full adult member of WSTC.
- No member may request more than one charity day per year.
- Players welcome to have lunch in clubhouse during/afterwards, but please respect the space.
- Preferred days are Monday and Friday, but afternoons also available.
