West Surrey AGM and Winter competitions awards followed by *supper. Supper tickets £10.00 /head tickets payable online (see below). Tickets (WorldPAY email confirmation) will be emailed once payment has been made. Please present print out or electronic proof of payment on the night in exchange for meal.
* Choice of vegetarian or meat curry (please advise below if vegetarian/special dietary requirements. The curry is gluten free)
Timing: For those wishing to attend the meeting only, we aim to start promptly at 7.30 pm finish at 8.45 pm. Mingling & welcome drink from 6.45pm. For those staying on, the meal will be served at approximately 8.45pm with a 9.45pm finish time.
