WSTC Wimbledon ballot 2020
Because of the virus, we have decided that it would not be appropriate to hold our usual 'draw morning'. Instead we plan the following:
PURCHASER MUST ATTEND EVENT
As usual the WSTC purchaser must attend Wimbledon in person, but can invite anyone as a guest. Tickets must not be re-sold or we will have our allocation cancelled for future years. If you are unable to go for any reason please let Steve know and he will offer your tickets to the next reserve inline.

WHAT HAPPENS IF TICKETS ARE BOUGHT & THE EVENT IS CANCELLED?
We are seeking answers to the above question and will post as soon as we know.
- Steve Alsford, Ballot administrator will hold the draw and will as usual draw some reserves.
- Steve Alsford will email ALL 'opted-in' members with the list of those who have been successful.
- Steve Alsford will then email each of of you who have been drawn with a list of tickets which remain in the order in which you have been drawn. It is crucial you reply within 48 hours with your ticket choice so that we can continue to work down the list.
- Once all tickets have been allocated, Steve Alsford will email those on the reserve list who have been successful.
