Join us for a fun-filled, fast-paced day of competitive tennis with a twist!
🏆 Handicap Format - Simple & Fun! To keep things exciting and competitive, every match (including the final) will be played with a handicap system:

🥈 VETS Plate Tournament: First round knockouts don’t go home! You’ll join our Plate Tournament – another knockout event ensuring everyone gets at least 2 matches (and prizes to be won!). Same format, same fun!
🍔 BBQ Lunch : We want this to be a great club day, not just a tournament.
ALL members (under and over 55) are welcome to come and watch, support, and enjoy a BBQ lunch together.

🏆 Handicap Format - Simple & Fun! To keep things exciting and competitive, every match (including the final) will be played with a handicap system:
- Lose a game? Start the next one 15 points up.
- Lose two games in a row? You’ll start the next game 30 points up.
- Win again? Back to a 15-point head start.
- Max handicap = 30.
- Serving? Just serve from the correct side for the score.
🎾 Match Format: Fast5
- All knockout rounds (except final): First player to win 5 games, sudden death at first deuce.
- Approx. 20-25 mins per match.
- Win your round and move on. Simple!
🎉 The Final
- Handicap will be in play
- Best of 3 normal sets 6-5 wins a set. AT 5-5 play a Tie-break to 7, 2clear.
- At one set all play Championship tiebreak to 10 (2 clear).

- 8.30am - courts are available for warm up
- 9.00am – Tea, coffee & biscuits on arrival
- 9.15am – Tournament starts
- 12.15pm – BBQ lunch break
- 12.45pm – The Final kicks off
- 2.30pm – Prize presentation
