LTA ONLINE ENTRY LINK & RULES
Number of entrants will determine number of leagues created. Generally 6 to 7 pairings per league. Cut off for entry is mid-night 3/11/25. Leagues will be published soon after.
We would like to encourage ALL members to participate regardless of playing standard as leagues are organised by playing level to achieve enjoyable and competitive play.

Be sure to have affiliate your membership with West Surrey Tennis Club - otherwise we will not be able to add you.

- Your LTA Membership username and log in details. If you are not yet a member see 1. below.
- Find a partner & make a note of your 9 digit LTA Advantage along with your partner's LTA 9 digit number.
WSTC Floodlit Box Leagues Rules
- LTA league rules dictate all players MUST be an LTA Advantage Member (which is free) and must have an LTA membership 9 digit number affiliated to West Surrey Tennis Club under My Venue. CLICK HERE to join (it's free). HOW DO I UPDATE MY AFFILIATED CLUB? CLICK HERE FOR VIDEO GUIDE
- FAST 4 Format: Play two short sets (first to 4 games, at 3-3 play a tie-break to 7 (2 clear). At one set all play a third set tie break to 10 (2 clear).
- Players are responsible for contacting and arranging their own matches. Find player contact details on the WSTC court booking site or log on to your LTA Competitions Portal>West Surrey Tennis Club-Box League>scroll to your league>click on player for contact info.
- Once the session starts please get in touch with those in your group to arrange your matches. Once you have played, please log onto the Competitions Portal to submit your result
- If during a session, a player withdraws through injury or otherwise: All previous matches they have played will be voided so as to be fair to other players in that league.
- In the event of a 'no show' the opponent takes a walkover and records the score 4-0,4-0.
- If it proves difficult to arrange a match because an opposing player/pair cannot reasonably agree dates/times then agree a walkover and record the score 4-0,4-0. This only applies if the opposing player/pair have managed to play at least one match with another player/pair.
- Match results must be entered before 30/4/26. The LTA automatically lock down the results page at midnight on the final day and therefore results cannot be entered afterward.
