To ensure you receive email confirmation of your booking, go to ‘Your Profile’ >Other Info>and tick email settings ‘Please send me booking confirmation emails' then click ‘Update Account’. |
Booking Rules
Court Reservations
All courts must be booked in advance using your Member ID and password. Use of the courts without a valid reservation is not permitted.
Maximum Bookings
Members may hold a maximum of five consecutive bookings at any one time.
Court Time
During busy or peak periods, please limit bookings to 90 minutes unless you are playing a tournament match.
Cancellation and No-Shows
Always cancel your booking if it is no longer required, even if play is prevented by weather conditions (e.g. rain).
Non-Attendance and Account LockingMembers who repeatedly fail to comply with the No-Show policy may have their account ID temporarily locked.
Cancelling a Booking
Only you or your selected opponent may cancel a booking. To do so, go to Your Bookings and click Delete.
Seven-Day Booking Rule
Courts may be booked up to seven days in advance.
Administrator Bookings
Members with administrator privileges should use their personal username and password when booking courts, unless reserving courts for official club events.
Exceptions to the Seven-Day Rule
The seven-day booking restriction does not apply to:
Rollover Rule
If the time slot you wish to book is already reserved within the next seven days, you may book the same time slot for the following week. To request a rollover booking, please complete the form below.
