How to book a court

From the website HOME page>click LOG IN icon

Click 'LOG IN' (top RIGHT)
There is a ‘Forgot your PIN Code?’ facility on the login page which you can use providing you know your member ID but have forgotten your PIN.

Enter your Member ID and PIN, then ‘LOG IN’

Click ‘BOOK COURTS’ 
  • then select 'DAILY' from the calendar 
  • choose a day,
  • then choose a court and start time
IMPORTANT : You can only book 7 days in advance

Select booking duration  in minutes 
30 , 60 or 90 minutes

  • Opponent> Enter your opponents name (first or last name)
    • Click  ‘Search opponent’ and select from the drop list  
  • or select 'Visitor Booking' (if playing a visitor). Visitors fees applicable. £5 for ADULT/Young person & £2 Under 15
  • Click 'Add to basket'
  • Click 'I have read and accept the Terms & Conditions'
  • Click 'Confirm Booking'
  • Log out
To ensure you receive email confirmation of your booking, go to ‘Your Profile’ >Other Info>and tick email settings ‘Please send me booking confirmation emails' then click ‘Update Account’. ​
Booking Rules


Court Reservations: All courts must be booked in advance using your Member ID and password. Turning up without a reservation is not permitted.
Cancellation/No-Shows: ALWAYS CANCEL A BOOKING IF IT IS NO LONGER NEEDED, even if weather conditions (e.g., rain) prevent play.
Non-Attendance/ID Locking: If a member consistently fails to adhere to the No-Show policy, the system may lock their account ID.
Cancelling a Booking: Only you or your selected opponent are authorized to cancel bookings. To do so, go to 'Your Bookings' and click the 'Delete' button.
Seven-Day Rule: Members may book courts up to 7 days in advance.
Administrator Permissions: Members with administrator privileges should use their personal username and password to book courts unless reserving courts for official club events.
Exceptions to the Seven-Day Rule:
  • Club tournament matches, including Box League and Floodlit Tournament matches.
  • To book courts for these events, please complete the form below.
Rollover Rule: If the time slot you wish to book is already taken within the next seven days, you may reserve the same time slot for the following week. To book a rollover, please complete the form below.
